What AIHA is. AIHA is a private, self-hosted personal assistant operated by an individual for their own household. It is not a commercial product and is not offered to the public.

Information AIHA accesses. With your explicit consent via Google sign-in, AIHA may access your Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Calendar. It accesses this data solely to carry out actions you request — for example, finding a document, reading or drafting an email, or checking your calendar.

How your information is used. Your Google data is used only to fulfill the requests you make to AIHA. It is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party. It is never used for advertising, and it is never used to train machine-learning or AI models.

Storage and security. AIHA runs on private, self-hosted infrastructure controlled by its operator. Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are used only to make requests to Google on your behalf. Data is not copied to any external service beyond what is required to complete your request.

Limited Use. AIHA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your control. You may revoke AIHA's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately stops all further access and invalidates the stored tokens.

Data retention and deletion. AIHA retains only the access tokens needed to serve your requests. When you revoke access, the tokens become invalid; you may also request removal of any stored tokens by contacting the operator below.
